The first 25 days went by without a hitch. However, there was a node restart the other day. But the good thing is that they managed to rectify the problem within two hours after I raised a support ticket. Truth be told, I was expecting at least 12hours downtime but within an hour, someone has acknowledged my ticket and before the next hour ended, my sites are up.

Of course, they could do better. Had I not raise an incident, they wouldn’t be aware that some of the VPSs are still down. They can be more proactive later.

with just $7 for that specs, it’s really too good to be true. but as of now, I can say it is true!

So, how is ComfortHost holding up so far? I’m also looking at their offers/prices and they seem to be too good to be true (or too good for a reliable service, anyhow). But if they are for real, this would be the best VPS deal I’ve seen so far. So, given 20 more days since this post was made, have you had a chance to talk to their support people yet? Has it been down yet?

Sigh… I have all my fucking git repositories there. What other VPS hosting services do you know? NordicVPS is one of the cheapest one but this is annoying.
