The menu on PayPal dashboard is very confusing to say the least. You have to dig into the menu to be able to find what exactly you are looking for. Case in point is the subscription. You'll have to click several links just to see what your current subscriptions are. So for the benefit of mankind, I'm listing the steps down. Step 1 From the main dashboard (My Account), click on the History menu.

Step 2 Pull down More Filters menu and click on "Subscription ang agreements" --> "Subscriptions" Click the image to view larger size

Step 3From the list of your subscriptions, click on Details Step 4Finally, click on "Cancel Subscription" button.

And that's it!

The navigation is really counter intuitive. This is a usability problem and I hope PayPal will fix that sooner than later.
